Originally released in 1985 on Red Rhino Records, the Futile Combat sessions featured Waterboys saxophonist Anthony Thistlewaite
and Graham Pleeth of Fischer Z on keyboards Long out of stock, the album features in the recent Record Collector article about the 50 greatest Goth rarities.
As well as the original studio tracks, the package includes liner notes written in collaboration with the band, plus an array of never before seen photographs. Includes the independent single chart hits Promised Land (number 2) and She Cries Alone (number 8) and four bonus tracks.
